What’s this new feeling I’ve found?
Like my heart has been on hold and I’ve hit rewound
To a time where I can see, feel, and love
Where I can smile knowing there’s something greater above
Something stronger than Him, you, or I
And I’m not afraid of what’s going to happen when I cry
For I know you’re going to be the one to catch each uncontrollable tear
You’ll hold me close and chase away my every fear
Because of you I no longer think my life is a waste
My shattered heart I pick up with overdue haste
As I give it to you now and for eternity
I give it to you with the utmost clarity
