Again Poem by Joseph Caraveo

Again

Rating: 4.8

Sleep
Again, will not come
Only the faint glow of the moon
The moon I held you under
Loved you under, kissed you under
A mattress of stones
My bed without you
Sheets as barren as my forsaken soul
Silence, never as loud as tonight
Never as thick
Never this painful
Sleep
Again, will not come
