A World Full Of Wonders Poem by Rose Marie Juan-austin

A World Full Of Wonders

Rating: 4.8

I know the joy
That comes from watching
The sunrise
It sends hope
For a new day.

The inner peace we feel
When we walk through a meadow
Of wildflowers
It is like the world
Is paradise.

The beauty of the rainbow
That arches across the sky
After a big storm
It renews the spirit
Of a deserted heart.

The brightness of the orange moon
That turns the night
Into a colorful landscape
It gives a warm embrace
For a peaceful night.

The kiss
Of a cool breeze
On the face and strands of hair
Like a wonderful promise
That everything will be alright.

I will give my vision here I am going to read verse by verse Stanza One: I know the joy That comes from watching The sunrise It sends hope For a new day. This stanza gives me a very very optimistic feel, as soonest as I read " sunrise" , that surplus feeling inside me, nearly at the brim of outbursting. Reminds me of Turner's impressionistic painting.

Still Stanza One: As I said, very optimistic feelings for a brighter new day. The word Hope stands for “better than yesterday”, absolutely. A most fascinating start.

Stanza Two: The inner peace that we feel When we walk through a meadow From wild flowers It is like the world Is it paradise? Simply beautifully worded, upon seeing a meadow, green and fresh are associated here and then the question comes in this stanza " Is this paradise" ? Then comes as " pats-boom! " the feeling of top peace within us, as it is said here in the first sentence. Amazingly rendered

Stanza Three: The beauty of the rainbow That bent through the air After a big storm It renews the mind From an abandoned heart. Such a beautiful sentence, we know the rainbow, in the fortnight that I was in Ghana I saw it twice. Really very beautiful! So too this stanza, it shows finesse in the creation. An abandoned heart? ! Fantastic metaphor.
