A True Friendship Even Ends. Poem by Kellie Teter

A True Friendship Even Ends.

I miss all the crazy
things we did
I miss laughing so much
we'd cry
I miss the bond we shared
the things we'd talk
a bout late at night
It's never fun to grow up
but it's even worst to grow apart
But time did change us
and who's to tell why
It took our friendship with it
Our late night summer walks
and making jokes
on the porch at 1.am
Getting in trouble everyday
Covering for each other
if one of us were to get caught
closer than sisters we were
and it all fell apart
But no matter were we
go in this life
I will hold our memories
close to my heart.
