A Town Called You Poem by Kewayne Wadley

A Town Called You

If this is a dream
Don't wake me
Let me sit with the lights off
Redefine life as I know it
Show me how to touch you show me there's more
Let forever fade as I fall into you
Contunuously
I've dreamt of you over a million times
Each time couldn't compare to reality
The reality I see each time my eyes close
This place whereever it is
Become the fruit of my harvest
The very grain that stems where fear fades
If so happens this is a dream
Don't wake me
Let the choir stand patiently
As I stare into your lukewarm eyes
