I tried to understand
I tried to lend you a hand
The words you say caused me pain
Everything i did just went in vain

You say Goodbye
But every word you said was a lie
You lost my trust a while ago
So there's something you need to know

I loved you like a brother
I cared for you like no other
You told me 'I love you' one day
I never wanted things to end this way

Our friendship could've lasted forever
We would've been through everything together
I wish you could take it back
But expressing your love was a quality you never seem to lack

We went our separate ways
We never spoke ever since
For i had nothing to say!
