A Tongue With Swords Poem by Raymond Finnegan

A Tongue With Swords

has such bea! Uty ever been witnessed on earth or the heavens?

hOw the sun delicately kisses her skin,
elegant eYes shimmer like the moon reflecting off the dark ocean,
glowing,
guiding me,
watchful.
stars glimmer off her hair forming a tranquil halo that succulent face.
lips as warm and cuddling as a gentle breeze on a mid-summers eve

her touch...divine.
the sound of her voice, as calming and graceful as the water falls of Salto ÁngEl.
as braVe and fearless as a lioness.
a woman i know, a wOman i Love, a woman thats In love with me...
carefully tucked away by a tongue with swords
