A Summer Dream Poem by Gianni Pintus

A Summer Dream

The sunset,
Eclipsed so slow,
Flowers buds,
Were growing,
So smooth.
The tides,
Where low,
And so calm,
The wind,
Didn't make,
Any sound.
There was,
So little,
To do,
There was,
So peace,
Very much so.
Palm trees,
Where sleeping,
The horizon,
Was whipping,
People,
Dancing on the beach,
Happy moment,
For anyone,
And the moon,
Start to switch.
Too many caresses,
Too many kisses,
So many wishing,
All this whispers,
Made us two souls,
Two real wishers.
Then our,
Mother moon,
Started to following us,
With her shadow,
Started to plays,
With us,
Like a kids,
In the meadows.
The warm,
Gentle breeze,
It was great to feel,
We did enjoyed it,
It was a great fun,
We had a laugh,
Then again appear,
The sun.
What a day,
And what,
a night it was,
nothing,
did gone wrong,
nothing upset us,
there was,
just happy time,
around us.
