Sixth Sense Poem by Gianni Pintus

Sixth Sense

Alone in the dark,
cold rooms,
silence around me,
I do feel something,
so close to me.

Whispers names,
breathe and caresses,
empty spaces,
fear of fall,
hold me now,
gone in a seconds,
with no recall.

Ghosts?
or just pursuit?
see reflexes,
in the little dark corners,
see faces creeping and creeping,
mmmm at last we are feeling warmer.

Believer we are,
flushed away,
wrapped in our sixth sense,
we care in what we feel,
we deal with it when will appear,
evil or heavenly creatures,
we will wait without fear.
