A Stolen Kiss Poem by douglas lewis

A Stolen Kiss

It is not the blossoms
Up high that I covet.
Those were meant
To be loved by the birds
And to colour the skies.
It is those that have
Touched my lips
In brief encounter.
That stolen kiss.
