A Spirit Visit

Have you ever been in bed or sitting quietly
When suddenly feel a chill
Starting at your feet up
And wondered what was causing it
I'll tell you what it is
You have just had a visit from a spirit
Who is trying to contact you
And let you know that it is there
The next time it happens say
Say BLESS YOU AND WELCOME
Because it is probably someone who has passed
And was a family member or a very close friend
By doing that you are acknowledging their presence
And you could possibly see or hear them
If they happen to have a message for you
Never take it as sheer nonsense
As just maybe they will be there one day
When you most need them.

"A spirit comes to you in many ways but unless you believe you will never be sure"
