Always darting hither for no where?
A rose on the keys, music with care.
Can you hear it's beautiful melody?
No time.....stress can be deadly.

Our world seems totally out of control.
Simplicity may save your soul.....
Take time out of your hectic day.
Do something you enjoy.......
and let your cares slip away!

Close your eyes, clear your mind.
Alone, sit quietly, your favorite spot.
Take a leisurely hot bath, relaxing
Heart, mind, and soul pausing.

When this you can accomplish,
A peaceful, calm life you'll cherish.
Remember you are very important.
Unique, special, deserving of every moment.

Of yourself take extra care.
Encourage others to be aware.....
Keep positive music in your life.
Pause, smell the roses, relieve the strife.
