The raging winds howl through the air,
A gargantuan-turned monster,
The rain bombards our man-made lairs,
Every drop crescendoing stronger.
We sit by the warmth unaware,
Of Mother Nature's metamorphosized monster,
While she screams in anger and in despair,
And with a final blow, splits the sky asunder.
