A Proud Regret Poem by Selematsela Abel

I only knew after a longer period of time and it was never my intentions to see that.
It was regrets at the first but all those turned to be the only solution that was helpful and fruitful.
I Felt like I was in paradise for that little time we spend together.
I thought I have reached menopause stage.
Only to find out that you were a visitor not the right one.
Only if I knew that you like traveling a lot,
I know growing up is a difficult process, a difficult procedure
I know in life we undergo some different stages, but yours seems dissimilar and divergent

Only if I knew, how cruel you are to human kind.
I bet my life could have been more safer.
Not only you go through them but everyone does, so the question is why?
Why do you have to behave like a spoiled brad?
Why do you think you are much more precious than others?
Why do you get to be a real pain in the neck?
I guess you are a monster among humanity
What you made me go through, is nothing but horrors
What you made me go through is just a scene of terror

Only if she knew, what I have planned for the near future.
I find myself having some difficulties to understand why I met you.
Now I see that we were fire and water, we don't mix at all.
Now I know that I followed God and she followed the devil himself.
It is true that what doesn't kill you makes you stronger
I pray to God to release the devil in her so that she may be recognized as a human again.
