I thought I would write you a poem
It didn't have to rhyme or not
So I'll be mixing it up a lot
It would have no rythme or flow
So I'm going insane
Thinking of words
I'll start out by saying
I love you a lot
Your name is in my head
You're locked in my thoughts
I have fallen for your brunette locks
Wavy like the sea and soft like a cloud
Your voice is like a drug
Forwhich I am an addict
Your hug is a warm summer night
As I embrace you in my arms
And your kiss, for yet I've not recieved
Puts butterflies in my stomache
That's the only thing I haven't achieved
I know your love is no gimic
I'll believe anything you tell me
Like a puppy wagging his tail
I've waited a long while for this
This is one thing I will not fail
Forever faithful to you
I'll always be true
So I sit here thinking
Of what to write for you
I've thought for a while
And I think it should start
I thought I would write you a poem
