A Mauve Wound Poem by Satish Verma

A Mauve Wound

Rating: 4.5

A moment's pause
before the death dive,
I look back at stars.

You came as it was
to happen in a dark night,
to embed a pain.

A nowhere slips,
carrying a monolith
of your lineage.

A wonderful poem reflecting the bearing of panting pain in life. Loved this delicate portrayal. Thanks.
