A Love Lost Poem by David Gould

A Love Lost

Seeing you with another person kills me.
i may hide behind another girls and pretend like you're just a
friend.
but when the sun sets, my mind only thinks of you.
The gleaming in your eye can lighten up any dark mood.
Whenever i look into your eyes i cannot help but to stare.
For when i do, i can see the whole universe in those beautiful
brown eyes of yours.
I see you in the hall or outside, i cannot help but smile.
i understand that this is just a silly feeling.
I just wish that my first chance with didn't end.
The only thing i can do now is just let these feelings pass
Or perhaps you are hiding just like me in order to not have these
feelings
