A Lonely Road Poem by Tony Adah

A Lonely Road

Rating: 4.3

I am walking up the road
And seeing all the variegated bushes
With dews cooling my feet
I am in love with its colours
Of green, white, yellow, and green

It is a long journey and
Without distraction
I am a few trees away
No blowing gale force
Can swerve my way
And soon this finite journey
Will see its end.
