A Lonely King Poem by Nemo Outis

A Lonely King

Rating: 5.0

I may write a million poems
or may i write just one

I may win a thousand wars
or may i win just one

I am a lonely king
In a lonely fort.
Wishing to swim in the deep blue ocean
up the heavens, of the dusk.
Wishing to find a way to reach you.

But,
With my feet fettered.
With my wisdom dimmed.
It's like i am dead inside.

I wish to reach you
Through million ways.
shackles cannot restrain me.
fetters no longer bind me.
but I am dead inside.

I am a lonely king
In a lonely fort.
Living in solitude.
With all the fortune in the world.
making a rendezvous with death every moment
to help me find, reach YOU

through that one war!
in that one POEM!
