A Friend Who Meant It, But..Thank You Poem by Ananta Madhavan

A Friend Who Meant It, But..Thank You

'I will pray for you, ' You said.

Do not pray for me.
I do not deserve to be commended to God.
Who are you to pray for me, anyway?
Thank you for caring.
