A Friend
There is no one around
So I scream it to send
Because I am so alone
And all I need is a friend
Would you like to talk
Perhaps get to know me
It would only take that
So no longer will I be lonely
Because all I want is a friend
Just someone who would listen
That would make me happy
That would make my eyes glisten
So please don't walk away
This depression I need to mend
It doesn't matter who
I just need a friend
