A Fleeting Life Poem by Phil Soar

A Fleeting Life

Whenever someone says that life is hum drum
If someone talks of nothing but dismay
Just point them at the stars above and tell them
That life is just a game that we all play

There is no point in us taking it so seriously
Our time here is a fleeting one at best
So don't hold in emotions when it gets to you
speak your mind, and get things off your chest
