A Dual National Is A Two

Despite both
being a Two
and sitting in parliament
being not fitting
in the clause of the primary charter
many both Two-ed and sat.

As to be expected,
more stay-in-the-darks did both;
had been Two-ing and sitting for years.

Pity the smart bastard who
brought to light
the clause about being a Two.

So the dual nationals should be prohibited then...too late?
