The Creator from above,
showered the earth with His love,
and sipped through the abyss
of my emptiness.

He reached me out of utter darkness
and fixed the broken pieces.
With the new eye of faith,
I prayed for another love whom I will cherish.

One day, in awe of His perfect timing,
He sent tears from heaven.
One dropp touches my life,
not a cold one but warm.

Day by day it is growing,
and the fire I can quench not,
for eternally it is growing and burning.
Oh, how I thank God

for this wonderful one dropp of love,
a dropp called YOU
who fills the void
in my heart!
