A Dreamer's View Poem by Sumit Ganguly

A Dreamer's View

Rating: 5.0

This dilapidated school building
bears the wrath of Nazis.
Legend says
garden of flowers were smashed by them.

In this beautiful juncture of blue and green
a statue of ruler stands as a scare crow.
We have wiped out the trace of Nazis,
why not give a face lift to the place?

My plan of building a hotel has been sanctioned.
Please visit the paradise, next summer.

Let us hope your dream comes true. It would show we can overcome past evils. I like this poem very much, Ganguly.
