A Child's Smile.
A child's smile;
A shy invite
To the infinite sight
Of Heaven.
A child's smile;
A fairy tale
With snow
And sand
With sea
And land
With singing birds
Of joyful sounds
And mounds
And mounds
Of enthralled
Minds.
A child's smile;
A flower thrown
At the world's
Taciturn face.
A kiss in the cheek
Of the feeble
And the weak.
A child's smile
An isle of hope
A chance to see
The world agree
On fraternity.
