A Broken Mirror Poem by Madrason .

A Broken Mirror

I once was an asshole
at the end of the world
I couldn't be criticized
but tried to pretend
to hold the upper hand
but see how I have changed
and life a sudden beautiful
when things got rearranged
but when I look back
I see nothing but dirt
I did not exemplify
my life was a big fat lie
I looked at a mirror
but it wasn't me
and so I myself denied
and I never really tried
but somehow I've set myself free
a broken mirror once wore my name
had become a window to my new reality. M

Nice introspective poem- kind of psycho-analysis. I quote: I see nothing but dirt I did not exemplify my life was a big fat lie
