A Betrayal? ? Poem by M. Asim Nehal

As I walk past from the barren land,
I see the nude nature stand before,
Sharing its inner beauty, reflecting its vitals,
A transparent mountain with tickling heart,
A flowing river rushing to meet the sea,
A tall tree stretching its arms to embrace the clouds,
Some lush green grass waiting for the touch of the senses,
Then I think of my beloved and closes my eyes,
Will it not be a betrayal to accept this invitation?

क्या विश्वासघात नहीं होगा?

जैसे-जैसे मैं बंजर भूमि से आगे बढ़ता हूँ,
एक नग्न प्रकृति को सामने खड़ा पता हूं,
जो अपनी आंतरिक सुंदरता को खोल कर दिखा रही है,
पहाड़ अपनी सुंदरता निछावर कर रहा है,
नदी चंचलता से समुद्र की ओर बह रही है,
बादलों को गले लगाने के लिए हाथ फैलते लम्बे पेड़,
कुछ हरी-भरी घास इंद्रियों के स्पर्श की प्रतीक्षा में,
तब मैं अपने प्रिये के बारे में सोचता हूं और आंखें बंद कर लेता हूं.
क्या इस निमंत्रण को स्वीकार करना विश्वासघात नहीं होगा?
