67 Minutes For Mandela Poem by Mo Masedi

67 Minutes For Mandela

Every year, everywhere
The world pauses
Not to ponder
linger or wonder
Pause to work
In remembrance of Mandela
The saint
In the purity of his heart
His deeds dressed in selflessness
The world puts aside 67 minutes
On his birthday
To be Mandela
To do good
In the world
Mandela lives forever
