Thank you Lord for Twenty Ten
The things you've done, where to begin?

Love and forgiveness for me and Dad
Now time with him makes me glad.

You held my hand as I climbed those stairs
Knowing the divorce would bring me tears.

Who I now date is up to you
I surrender, I'll let you choose.

At work and in private I had little value
Now all this is changing as I rely on you.

A new understanding of who I am;
My body, Your temple, I seek your plan.

Looking back on a year of love
I believe you're smiling from above.

As we head into the coming year
I pray I will continue drawing near.

Give me the chance to share your grace
Get me out of the way so they'll see your face.

While celebrating what has been
I glorify the One who the future's seen.
