Before I sleep I just want you to know,
that I never wanted us to let eachother go.
I know you felt it, that your heaven was with me,
&that you kept me safe from this reality.
I keep writing about our past, only so I can learn,
I'll never say your name but the memories won't burn.
They will live on, for aslong as I breathe,
I'm losing inspiration, but I know they won't leave.
Memories, even bad ones, never do leave entirely. Nicely written, Jen

Love is a spiritual experience that affects us profoundly - a voyage of pure bliss. A lovely depiction of true love, well articulated and nicely penned from inner recesses of the heart. A good poem indeed. Thanks for sharing Jenz. Please read my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON.
