मेरा दिल इस बात पर पूरा यकीन रखता है
की जब टुटा दिल डूब जाता है उसके गीतों में
एक नया दिल निकलता है साफ़ और स्वछ
उस झील से नए रूप में
मेरा दिल इस बात पर पूरा यकीन रखता है
फिर वो उभरेगा जीवन के मानचित्र पर
पीले और लाल रंगों में ढालकर
एक चमकदार रूप में
The wounded heart sunk within the depth of God sings
It rises from the pond alive
As if new-born.
I believe in my heart that what I wring from myself
To tinge life's canvas
With red of pallid hue, thus cloaking it
In luminous garb.
