Whose tissues dispose
To be adipose

Roses do well
To mark the day you were born
Just before summer,
When there are few left budding.

So like the bright, bold bird, I'd say
They named you prophetically, Jay.
But somehow you'd already grabbed the cue,
Having chosen eyes just as blue
