What Happens To A Dream Realized?

What happens to a dream realized?
Is it seized-
like the string of an inflated balloon with helium, that tried to escape into the air
Is it appeased-
Like an elderly who heard politeness from the generation they thought merely didn’t care

Perhaps it simply allows those involved, to celebrate
And give those in the future, something new to anticipate
Yes, let that pair of arms swing and jubilate,
Let it be eulogized,
Like baby’s first steps, child’s first graduation, youth’s first depart
Let it be panegyrized,
Everyone wants at least a piece of that dream whatever it takes, whatever it costs, fighting for, bargaining for it as a stamped of feet is at that mart
But Why,
Was it is because it had been like a shower down, after a successful prayer-rain dance,
Or made someone feel like they’ve finally owned, and live in a manse
Yes, this is how it is being materialized,
For this is what happens to a dream realized.
