I see them Running
their legs beating like thunder
their sweat flowing like river
their face red with exhaustion

Sweat you see
is the Tears
that they hid

Yells you hear
is the Cry
from their deep inside

a step forward
a stomp on the heart

a swing backward
a shot in the heart

To Live, Breathe, and Survive,
