Love is accused of much pain,
But it is not the true culprit,
For the true causer has many disguises,
Such as jealousy, hatred, and spite,
...

Looking into your eyes I could loose myself for days,
I love you so very much and in so many ways,
You listen to my problems and you’re always there for me,
You’re perfect in every way and you make me feel so free,
...

I see you again finally I’ve longed for this day,
I’ve never loved anyone or anything this way,
I know you hurt me but that’s the past,
But now you’re here and those meories fade fast,
...

We stare straight into each other’s eyes as you pull in for the kiss,
Hand in hand, heart to heart, surrounded by true love and bliss,
Your lips lock mine gently and our love freezes time,
But even though time is frozen our love continues to climb,
...

There once was a girl, who shined like the sun,
She had hair of gold and eyes like no one,
Her skin was a beautiful olive hue,
And soft as cotton and slightly moist too,
...

6.

You were all I ever wanted yet you were all I despise,
You were perfect on the outside but on the inside you were filled with lies,
You didn’t care about me and you tore apart my heart,
Even though I let it go for so long I felt it from the start,

Love Is Not What Breaks The Heart

Love is accused of much pain,
But it is not the true culprit,
For the true causer has many disguises,
Such as jealousy, hatred, and spite,
Love always comes as it is welcome,
Although it doesn’t always leave when need be,
But either way,
Love is gentle,
Love is kind,
And Love is not what breaks the heart.

Love is most always covered up with lies,
Denial, defiance, and insubordination,
These all play a part in heartbreak,
Not love, but who it accompanies,
Love feels good, never bad,
Love only hurts when it must end,
But either way,
Love is gentle,
Love is kind,
And love is not was breaks the heart.
