My Mind

There's so much on my mind,
I almost have no time,
To think of him.
Yet i seem to find,
a way to squeeze it in.
Like when I'm in history class,
Or inbetween text messages,
Today he came to mind,
Sweet memories of together laughing,
And staring at each other in grade school.
He reminds me of a poem,
Valentine for Ernest Mann,
And I decided he deserves his own poem,
So I jot my thoughts down here,
Now you are reading my sweet thoughts of him!
One day he'll know of my feelings,
And he'll feel the same way,
But until that day, I'll wait,
And find time to think of him.
