Once

A time had
So long ago,
...

Spooks, spirits, eeks and shrieks, werewolves, vampires and black cats
All Hallows Eve is the night to worry about that.

The bright harvest moon casts down its eerie orange glow

Written right before Easter. In respect of this marvelous time please do whatever is in your heart to: HELP GIVE HOPE

A silent voice hides behind eyes that haunt
But condemning thoughts are heard and they taunt.

'Mirror mirror upon the wall
Who is the fairest one of all? '

'Once again I will say to you
...

Fleeting moments in time
The days speed by so fast,
The babes we cradled once
Seem so far in the past.

We're born with the wonder of the world anew;
Marveling in the splendor of innocence too.
We grow in the love of family and friends,
With comfort and strengths that know no ends.

Blowing through soft winds I breathe
Desire for freedom in the air,
Passionate whispers of the needs
For acceptance, for hope and care.

Once

Once
Upon
A time had
So long ago,
Misty eyes awoke
To see fairies dancing
Spryly in the morning’s dew,
Whilst unicorns nibbled clover
On a hill climbed by giants to view
Mermaids swimming in the ocean nearby;
Snuggly blankets granted us protection
Against monsters entering our room,
Magical dreams soothed us in sleep
And our innocence was blessed
As fairies’ dancing loomed
In stars sparkling light
Upon a time
Long ago
We had
Once
