Helen Of Troy

Helen of Troy was said a goddess
and for weaving she had a fondness
She's from sparta born and raised
The war came and left and left her dazed
Paris took her, brought her to troy
Sparta thought of this with a ploy
So they created a wooden horse
Then a spy to reinforce
The thought it was a gift from a god
The thing was it was a fraud
In the night some men climbed out
And then without a doubt
Troy, once strong fell overnight
And trojans fled to escape their plight
Then Menelaus tried and failed to kill
Helen of Troy to whom they fulfill
Their goal to defeat them that took her
So they did it in a blur.
Though it had it's dips
SHE'S THE FACE THAT LAUNCHED 1000 ships
