What is she thinking? I look and wonder
She looks towards me and I look back
As I shuffle along the country track

The sun is bright, the skies are blue
There's a playground now that he's running to

You know in my heart you'll always be there

Why was I forced to set you free?

I ain't quite black and I ain't quite white
Some would say I'm not quite right!
I've an answer for everything, right or wrong
I wind people up - it never takes long!

Imagine a world that can't feel anything not even pain
Then along comes a boy who stands in the rain
He's laughing and singing and holding out his hands
But he can feel every dropp of rain that lands

From nowhere on the horizon it will suddenly appear,
As fast as lightning upon us then promptly disappear
It will leave it's mark though, of this you can be sure
The booze, the food, the decos and the occasional family war

Lots of people, lots of noise,
Lots of smells, lots of toys,
Lots of music, lots of fun,
Lots of laughter from everyone.
