A Trip To The Beach

A family vacation.
We leave Pittsburgh and drive to North Carolina.
No matter how you plan, and strive
It's still a twelve hour drive.
On the way down, questions arise
A newer cottage, does the air really work?
The frig not leak.
The little ones asking are we there yet.
Finally we arrive. Hey a two car garage,
We can park inside.
We enter sparkling white floor.
Gleaming wood walls was our surprise.
We knew at once this place was a prize.
Rooms assigned, unpack in a hurry.
One thought for all.
Our goal we have reached.
To the beach to the beach.
