Im Okay

This is me speaking from my heart
my heart is very big and is full of emotion and thought
my heart overthinks and sometimes it eats me alive
but my heart is always something i should listen to.
My heart knows whats best for me
my heart knows whats worse for me
my heart has my back like no other part of my body.
My body is beautiful, from my toes to my fingers
my body is a working factory that fuels on food and air
my body deserves to be treated with love and care
my body deserves to be looked at in a positive glare
my body is me and my heart is me and i myself am beautiful and loving
thanks to my body and my heart i am who i am today, and i am okay.
