Thoughts

Midnight's come
And all are asleep
'Tis the time of night
My thoughts go deep.

A gentle breeze of dusk
glides through my skin.
My thoughts come alive
and come from within.

Emotions burst
and crash through my brain.
They come out tempest
Dusk again and again.

With I
unable to speak,
through hopes of pen
I release the need.

Thoughts do come,
they come by and by.
I notice they're odd
on nighttime's time.

As time fleets by
my eyes go tire
ending the depth
my thoughts desire.

I sleep with Luna,
disappearing moon.
But it won't be too long
'till she and my thoughts will awake together soon.
