Moisture

Time ticks in the folly of virtue,
In the depths of unspoken truth,
In the isles of disturbed desolation,

And who would've thought tears penned an address?
An address to unknown stimuli so subtle and young with age,
To awaken a virtue proven guilty until true,

And moisture delivers a sorry note in no delay…

It travels down cheeks in memory of a chest,
A package in the name of unfolding tranquility,
A note for soft strokes of the human hand,
A warmth of hope for the intimate impaired

It traces down arms in the hopes of grasped palms,
In memory of entwined destinies,
A fire absolute in the union of our stars
A soft flame in the tactile wonders of you

And the tears confirm what I dare not say,
A development long overdue,
Messages in silence my heart construes
A dearly departed curse and now I see,
You were always a part of me…

An ode to could've, should've, would've,
The chorus of defeat,
The loss in attempted love,
What a debt I've paid to sorrow

For times so tender,
Enriched ripe bliss,
A glistening credence sliding down finger tips
My tears made spears…..

And throb once again for chances taken,
Release such moisture from the depths of expression
I've learned to love and love let go!
Tis hope that wonders and hopes pull through

Replaced and dubbed the second to one,
A temporary cater to restless notions,
A fleshy offering to secrets in plays
Made useless, a meaningless nothing

Prove me wrong my soul repeats!
Unleash me from my agonized stupor….

Farewell, to expression, maybes and have yets
To a world of comfort and counting his breaths
Tis the folly of desire, infatuation's false bed

And cheers to expression, his connections, my end
