Depression

Depression is a trap
With no escape
Depression is the cuts I made
Depression is the voice in my head
Where the voice is my own
Depression is the pain
That never really goes away
Depression is sadness
That drag us down.
But what I learned is
Depression has escapes
Depression can’t create the cuts
Depression is a voice disguised as my own
Depression is a pain that can go away
Depression is sadness but we can’t let it drag us down.
