Where Have You Gone? ….



I will never see your smiling face again
or feel your loving embrace touch my skin
i cry at the thought of you never coming back
life isn't the same with the grandmother i lack
I miss you grandma where have you gone?
its been 7 months and it feels oh too long
I cry and scream.. wondering why you Aren't here
i tear up in sadness wishing you were near
some nights i don't want to go on
It tears me apart to even have fun
You will never get to see me have a son
I cant handle the pain it drives me insane
i look up to the sky everyday
i think of how you must be looking my way
Maybe god put you there for a reason
Maybe so i can see you in a different season
Life isn't so bad with you gone
Because you've been by my side all along
I miss you grandma where have you gone?
My days alone are still too long
I never got to say goodbye
im so sorry I'm so selfish
i was just with you the other day
How could you just fade away
My heart and soul breaks everyday
you took me with you when you went to heaven
as i stare at your picture blankly
i think about our memories
your smile and face and the love that was for me
I feel neglected and a whole of depression
i cry everyday hoping to be with you
until the day i can finally see you
ill always be missing you.
