I am a lake,
Tranquil and serene lake.
You have thrown pebble into it.
It is a pebble of passion.
I feel agitated.
Small concentric rings
One after another
arise in this serene lake.
Pebble of passion has gone down the lake,
The effect is visible n undeniable.
I am apparently
taken up by your charm,
mesmerized by your zeal,
overpowered by your energy.
Still I desire for something more.
You can see,
These concentric rings
touch every corner,
I feel touched by you,
but I would have loved
had the circles been rectangular,
as these concentric rings
have not touched sharp corners
The sharp corners of my heart
are still untouched.
