Toad Poem by Raymond F. Rogers

Toad

My garden is a safe abode
For a hungry winner.
There a little hoppy toad
Has flies and bugs for dinner. He will look around and jump
For dragon fly or beetle;
When landing, first will fall his rump
Before his little feet'll.
