Promise Poem by Georgia Daliana

Promise

Rating: 5.0

I'll be waiting for you.
Like a flame withdrawing in its shape.
inside the terrorship for the faraway deaths.
I'll be waiting here for every
In the snow and on he fallow earth
In the wind and on the bitter shores.
I'll be waiting for you.
I'll turn to stagnant water
Blood I'll become
for the time to sail and be melted.
And after that I'll turn to time of rain
and will flow slowly
drop by drop to nowhere
though the blue wrinkles of the moon.
I'll be waiting for you.
Finally,
If you never come back any more.
I'll be waiting for you hopelessly
fragmented in the silence of the dead
at the breakwater, at night.
