I'm happy, so ecstatic
Pleasantly buzzed
High on life
I want to share this joy with you
I wish you were here

I'm paralyzed with fear
Shades follow in my wake
I grope for your hand
Turn to run to you-

My tears fall like rain
Depression comes at me
A wave off the shore

Keep me from drowning

Sometimes I wonder
If you feel the same.
I realize
Now that you're gone
What a team we were

We balance out
The Yin and the Yang
At the times
Our brainwaves collided
We connected
